البرنامج بيشتغل من خلال ال Excel المحبب للجميع و مصمم ليشمل كل ما تحتاجه في برنامج فوترة و بيربط بشكل آلي مع موقع الضرائب و نقدم من خلاله الخدمات الآتية:-
1- اصدار الفواتير الإلكترونية و طباعتها من نفس الشيت ... بنفس سهولة اي MS Word او MS #Excel Template
2- إدخال بيانات العملاء و بيانات المنتجات او الخدمات و اكوادها و الضرائب الخاصة يها اول مرة فقط لسهولة اصدار الفواتير لاحقا (من خلال شيتات أخرى مخصصة لكل بند) ... و امكانية البحث في قايمة العملاء و الفواتير و المنتجات
3- الاحتفاظ بقاعدة بيانات الفواتير كاملة و متابعة حالتها و توثيقها و اعتمادها قبل إرسالها لحظيا لموقع الضرايب
4- اصدار اشعارات الخصم و الإضافة و متابعة حالتها
5- إعتماد الفواتير و "توقيعها إلكترونيا" و إرسالها او إلغاءها لحظيا و متابعه حالتها لدى موقع الضرايب من خلال نفس صفحة ال Excel ... و بدون أنظمة وسيطة
6- (جديد) حساب الضرايب اليا و عرضها في الفاتورة قبل إعتماد الفاتورة
7- (جديد) دعم حتى ٤ انواع ضرائب للمنتج الواحد، و اختيار محتويات الفاتورة بشكل مبسط
8- دعم اكثر من قائمة اسعار للمنتج الواحد و إمكانية ربطها بقائمة العملاء
